-       UK mainland delivery is free on all orders over £100 excluding VAT, and just £3.99 for orders under £100.

-       Free returns on orders over £100 +VAT. Now even easier with Collect+

If you are not totally satisfied with all or part of your order, you can return it to us within 30 days or receipt for a full refund (excluding postage).

Items must be unworn and unwashed, not damaged or altered in any way and in the original packaging.

Please note that clearance items are non-returnable (Unless faulty).

You can return an item in one of the following ways:

1. Returns via Post Office

-      Fill in the returns section of your delivery note, including the reason for return (This will really help us improve our service).

-      Repackage the item(s), in the original packaging.

-      Attach the returns label to the outside of your parcel.

-      Please ensure you ask for proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

2. Returns via Collect+
This service is free when you spend over £50.

Simon Jersey offers FREE and convenient returns in conjunction with CollectPlus

What is CollectPlus?

CollectPlus is a convenient service trusted by thousands of busy people every day. Its’ a way to return parcels via local shops, petrol stations, universities and shopping centres. There are over 7,000 CollectPlus stores, open from early in the morning until late in the evening, 7 days a week. You can return parcels with cabin baggage dimensions 60 x 50 x50cm and up to 10kg using the CollectPlus service.

Here's how to do it

You can now use CollectPlus to return your parcels to us, by downloading your pre-paid returns label at Enter your order number and your email address on to the label, then print and attach the label to your parcel, make sure any outbound delivery labels are removed or covered up. Drop off your parcel in your chosen store find it here where you will be given a receipt with a tracking code. You can track your parcel yourself, at

Please note, you must obtain and affix your returns label to your parcel before taking your parcel into a CollectPlus store. CollectPlus will not accept responsibility for parcels handed into a store without a CollectPlus returns label.


A refund will usually be given within 10 working days from receipt of your parcel and will be either made directly to the card used for the original payment or as a credit to your account.

A refund will not be possible if:

-      Items are returned later than 30 days from receipt of you order (unless faulty).

-      Items are bespoke or have been embroidered/printed correctly.

-      Items have been worn, altered or damaged from personal use.

-      The item is returned without the correct paperwork for us to process the return.

-      The item is a clearance item (unless faulty).
